How to Test

1. Select a circle and a slot
2. Set Repeat (how many alerts) and Frequency (how often)
3. Click “Create Escalation” — cron sends alert #1 within 30 seconds
4. Watch the status panel — alerts appear as the cron fires every 30 seconds
5. On LM's phone: acknowledge the alert — status changes to ACKNOWLEDGED
6. Or click “CM Checked In” — escalation resolves on next cron cycle
7. Click “Cleanup” when done

Cron: detect-missed every 30s, process-escalations every 30s. All alerts are Critical Alerts (bypass DND/silent mode).
